Workshop Series

In addition to our shows and other projects, Juvenis hosts learning opportunities throughout the festival. Each workshop series has a different focus; from music and yoga to dance and visual art. Last year, a few workshops we held were Dance Callbacks, Mixed Media, and Aki Miizhaayaan: The Land Offers/Gives. The creative events give youth the chance to learn about existing supports in the city. The workshop attendees walk away from each event with a thorough understanding of a craft and one partnering organization that collaborates with Blue Canoe to put on the project.
